Watch our Q-Flow solution in action in the latest Patient Welcome Video from the Surgical, Treatments and Rehabilitation Service (STARS).

Patients can now check-in using the self service kiosks, by either scanning the barcode on their appointment letter or swiping their Medicare card to bring up their appointment details. The clinic is automatically notified of their arrival and patients will receive text messages to their mobile to keep them updated in real time as to wait times and when and where to come to the doctor’s room, improving the patient flow.
