Adrian Gold – CEO of NEXA GROUP

Adrian Gold is the CEO of NEXA GROUP and a customer experience industry pioneer in Australia. For the past 15 years, he has successfully integrated customer experience software solutions into the private and public sector across 3 continents.

Adrian is at the forefront of technology solutions to enable organisations to improve operational efficiencies and customer experiences. He has also been instrumental in the implementation of award winning workforce optimisation software tools in banking institutions across the globe. Some of these organisations include the Commonwealth Bank (Australia), Westpac (Australia and New Zealand), Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds (UK).

Mark Glover – Director and CFO of NEXA group

Mark Glover is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive and varied experience in business management, accounting, reporting, restructuring and project management which spans over 25 years.

Mark is a Managing Director to Axby Consulting and is the Chief Financial Officer for NEXA Group as well as being a valued and respected Advisory Board member.

Andrew Cooper – Director of Partnerships and Growth

Andrew is a seasoned sales professional with more than 20 years’ experience. Andrew has worked with customers of all sizes from SMB’s to Large Enterprise multinationals in varying industries as a trusted advisor. He is passionate about delivering the customer value and great return on investment in all his engagements. Andrew continues to look for each customers business issues and works through a valid solution to solve the key items. At NEXA Andrew is passing his experience to the wide team to ensure a valued outcome for all of our customers.

Andrew enjoys sports and can be found with his son at go kart tracks across the state on many weekends, he also enjoys surfing and keeping active.

Adam Heaney – Product and Innovation Director

As the Director of Professional Services and Development at NEXA, Adam is focused on strategically positioning NEXA to deliver high quality projects across industry verticals. Adam’s unique blend of frontline health care experience, business acumen and technical skills give him an in-depth understanding of the challenges and requirements of our clients, while maintaining a customer-centric approach to project delivery. In his 3 years at NEXA, Adam has also delivered numerous successful Health and Federal Government installations of our core system Q-Flow in various complexities.

Katie Bowden – Service Design Manager

Katie is passionate about informatics and digital healthcare and has spent 11 years working as a Health Information Manager across a number of Local Health Districts in NSW Health. She has been involved in numerous healthcare facility redevelopment projects and electronic medical record implementations including several modules of Cerner Millennium and MOSAIQ (Oncology Information System). Katie consults closely with our clients, incorporating service design principles, to ensure services are designed holistically to meet the needs of all users (staff, patients and consumers).

She excels at project management and successfully implemented Q-Flow at Prince of Wales Hospital within Cancer and Haematology Services before joining the NEXA team.

Larissa Mason – Development and Client Solutions Director

Larissa comes from a clinical background, with over 15 years’ experience in Healthcare IT implementing solutions and developing custom applications to further augment healthcare practice throughout Australia. During her tenure at Cerner Corporation, Larissa led significant programs across NSW Health including Electronic Medical records and Community Health and Outpatient care. More recently, Larissa led the delivery team at Oneview Healthcare where she successfully implemented the patient facing applications to improve business and patient outcomes.

As the Development and Client Solutions Director at NEXA, Larissa is responsible for the quality of client solutions and custom development to ensure the suite of NEXA products continue to deliver value to customers.

Angela Senior – Programme Director

Angela has extensive strategic experience in project and program management, delivering and managing projects for over 13 years with a significant focus on health IT. This includes ownership of the IT Portfolio Management Office for NSW Ambulance where she successfully led a team of project managers to deliver critical and complex solutions that integrated into the emergency services environment. She maintains focus on project and program governance and high delivery standards to provide the best outcome for clients and end users.

Angela was an Intensive Care Paramedic for almost 20 years, giving her broad insight into health systems and organisations.

As the Programme Director at NEXA, Angela is responsible for providing program management, direction and oversight to ensure consistent and successful delivery of projects for NEXA customers.

Roger Warfield Smith – Support & Maintenance Manager

Roger has been with NEXA for the past 7 years when it is was literally a 5 man show! Now in his carefully crafted area of the new NEXA offices, Roger managers a team of 5 support crew who work 24/7, 365 days a year, to ensure our clients can access the right level of support, whenever they need it.

Prior to NEXA, Roger worked at IT Evolution as a Senior IT Consultant. There he Managed various customers IT Systems alleviating their need to have their own IT Departments.
He’s a MotoGP Racer at heart but has been building, remodelling and supporting computer-related hardware & software since the Commodore 64 was released..
