Service NSWIt comes as no surprise that Service NSW are achieving incredible figures, not only the number of customers served but also the customer satisfaction rates that they receive.

The Service NSW site at Armidale is testament to what is being achieved at Service NSW sites across New South Wales.  The Armidale store was opened in February 2015 and offers over 800 different services such as births, deaths, marriages, roads and maritime services.  With so many services on offer, the staff have achieved incredible customer satisfaction rates which are on average just over 98% positive feedback.  The feedback kiosks are located at the exit doors and are activated by customers scanning their original ticket that they received on the way into the store as this way, the staff at Service NSW can track the reason for the customer visit, the wait time, who served the customer, what the follow up actions are and now, the feedback left by the customers.
