Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE  or as it’s now known TAFE North, is North Queensland’s largest vocational education and training provider. They provide vocational education and training to more than 11,000 local, interstate and international students. They offer more than 120 Certificate through to Advanced Diploma level qualifications.

Being one of the premier TAFE’s within Queensland, Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE needed a solution to manage their busy Student Service Centre and are in the process of deploying Q-Flow to Pimlico Campus, Townsville. The solution is to include a free-standing touch screen kiosk to allow students to register their enquiries, LCD media screen to keep students informed and Q-Flow student management software to monitor wait time and staff performance.
