Gai McGrath is a professional director who is able to draw on over 30 years’ experience as a senior executive in the financial services sector, a risk and governance professional and a lawyer in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Over her thirty year career, Gai spent 12 years with the Westpac Group, where most recently, she was General Manager of Westpac’s flagship retail business. Gai previously held senior positions with Westpac New Zealand, BT Financial Group and Perpetual and was partner in a Sydney law firm. Gai has been awarded Australia’s Corporate Lawyer of the Year (2003), Customer Service Executive of the Year (2009) and Best Retail Banker of the Year – Asia Pacific (2015).
As KPMG Partner in Management Consulting, Daniel draws on his deep history in international banking. He was previously Barclays Group Head of Retail and Business Banking, Western Europe, responsible for Retail and Business Banking businesses across Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Russia.
He is an expert in the delivery of large-scale transformation projects, business strategy, distribution strategy, market entry, digital disruption, product design and development, merger integration and business performance improvement.
Fiona Boyd has over 20 years’ experience as a C-Level executive across numerous industries and international markets, in multi-national organisations, large Australian corporates and technology start-ups and has served as Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Council for an ASX listed company.
With an extensive background in E-commerce, Digital Media and Technology sectors across multiple industries and international markets, Fiona is also a Senior Advisor and Consultant for the Trans-Tasman Business Circle.
Fiona is currently CEO of Head over Heels which is focused on increasing the representation of women entrepreneurs. Head over Heels is backed by Macquarie Bank, EY, Gilbert and Tobin, Hollard Insurance, Steadfast Insurance, NSW Department of Industry and Stone & Chalk.
Paul has gained significant experience as a corporate/commercial partner working in both London and Sydney. Whilst in London, Paul was registered with the UK Listing Authority to undertake sponsor activities in relation to fully listed companies on the London Stock Exchange, a role which in Australia would only be performed by investment banks. In Sydney in 2009 Paul became a founding partner of Deutsch Miller.
Paul’s major areas of specialisation include: corporate and commercial law, corporate advisory, capital raisings (both on and off market) and he has extensive experience in advising technology companies in the online space.
Mark Glover is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive and varied experience in business management, accounting, reporting, restructuring and project management which spans over 25 years.
Mark is a Managing Director to Axby Consulting and is the Chief Financial Officer for NEXA Group as well as being a valued and respected Advisory Board member.
