NEXA to sponsor the Customer Service Strategy Award at this year’s National Local Government Customer Service Network conference
For the past 6 years, NEXA has partnered with the National Local Government Customer Service Network (NLGCSN) and is proud to continue this important relationship in 2017.
Established in 1995, the Network’s mission is to support customer service professionals who work in the Australian Local Government sector. They are committed to the development of people, technology, systems and standards to improve customer service for both local government’s internal and external customers.
The Network understands the importance of recognising, rewarding and showcasing the achievements of customer service professionals in Councils and in 2015 launched the prestigious National Local Government Customer Service Awards. Earlier this year NEXA was involved in judging the submissions and is looking forward to awarding the prize for the Customer Service Strategy Award at the ceremony, which forms part of the annual conference.
The conference is taking place from 25-27 October 2017 in Newcastle, New South Wales. This year’s conference focuses on case studies and presentations that will enable our members to strengthen their neural pathways and also provide tangible, outcome focused knowledge to take back to their councils. Keynote Speaker: Simon Waller Simon is a digital disrupter, founder of the Digital Champions Club and author of two acclaimed books.
