Waverley Council install Customer Experience solution | NEXA

Waverley Council installed NEXA’s Customer Experience solution at the one stop Customer Service Centre in Bondi Junction.  Waverley Council needed a system that could manage the business as previously had a range of customer service functions across Council which moved to the Customer Service Centre.

The benefits of the system were immediate and were able to report to the wider organisation on the complexities of the business instead of the good old customer in customer out model. The officers deal with a range of transactions that they weren’t able to capture with a simple ticket machine.

Customers are able to select from a range of reasons why they are visiting Council and we Waverley Council can manage customer flow in regards to their needs. They are also able to roster staff in accordance with peak periods.

The other benefits of installing NEXA’s Customer Experience solution was that they are now able to promote events and ‘What’s Happening’ throughout the council with the use of the digital signage module located in our customer service centre.
