NEXA CEO Adrian Gold was recently at a function where he had the privilege of meeting the newly appointed NSW Premier, The Hon. Gladys Berejiklian. It was a great opportunity to introduce her to the work NEXA is involved in, especially Service NSW and other State government organisations, and high profile federal government departments and local government entities.
Adrian also caught up with The Hon Dominic Perrottet, Treasurer for NSW. In his previous role as the Minister of Finance, Dominic launched the government’s one-stop-shop, Service NSW which utilises NEXA’s Customer Flow Management System. Mr Perrottet uses the real time reports to understand the customer experience (wait times, customer numbers, service times, feedback scores) across 76 Service NSW sites.
“It is extremely encouraging to hear from a Minister about how much he values the real-time reports and transparency our solution provides him to improve operational efficiencies. We are very proud of the role NEXA played in revolutionising the way State services are provided in NSW and believe a new benchmark has been set”, stated Gold.
